I used HTML Kit to create a new favicon for my blog site. You can see a larger version of the photo with this blog entry. I was at a party a few weeks back and I was trying to figure out a setting on my camera and someone snapped this photo when I was not expecting it. Anyway, it is great to be able to create a favicon so easily with a photo. I once saw a website which was using an animated GIF as the icon. Once you have your icon file in place, you simply add a link reference.
